Abstract

Absztrakt: A szerző a vállalatközi kapcsolatok születésének egyik első momentumát, a beszállítóválasztási folyamatot tárgyalja. A beszerzési funkció jelentőségének bemutatása után röviden tárgyalásra kerülnek a kiválasztási folyamat lépései, szempontjai és módszerei. Ezeket követően a szerző a folyamatot döntéselméleti fókusszal közelíti meg, jellemzi a döntési helyzetet, a folyamatban potenciálisan használt döntési eljárásokat. A szállítókiválasztás egyéni gondolati folyamataira ezután tér rá, ahol egy folyamatban levő kutatás kérdéseit és első tanulságait is bemutatja. A tanulmány végén a szerző a kutatás további irányát, illetve a további lehetséges kutatási irányokat vázolja fel. ----- Abstract: The author focuses on one of the first possible moments of a business relationship, the supplier selection decision. After emphasizing the importance of the purchasing function, the phases, criteria and methods of the supplier selection process are presented. The author approaches this process from the viewpoint of decision sciences. He identifies the theoretical characteristics of these decisions and the decision strategies potentially used in the process. A focus on the individual cognitive process of this decision making follows, where the research questions and first thoughts from an on-going research are presented. The study ends with identification of possible further research directions.
