A dynamic input-output model with environmental standards ----- Its title in Hungarian: Dinamikus Leontyev modell szennyezési határértékek figyelembevételével

Abstract

Despite known simplifications the input-output analysis is an effective tool to investigate the environmental impacts of the producing economy on the natural environment. The emission of pollutants is introduced direct in the model studied as joint products of the process of production. The interdependence of the economic activities and the associated pollution emission is analysed in this paper in a generalized input-output model. The pollution control of the government is defined as an upper bound for the production process, so called environmental standards. The mathematical form of the proposed model consists of a dynamic linear difference equation system of production and a system of inequalities for pollution. We examine the balanced path compared to the environmental standards. ------------------------------- A dolgozat a környezetvédelmi határértékek hatását vizsgálja a dinamikus Leontief-modellben. Feltételezzük, hogy az egyes ágazatok emissziói ismertek és azok időben változatlanok, amint a kibocsátási együtthatók is. Az ágazatok ismerik a kormányzat által adott határértékeket, amelyekről feltételezzük, hogy időben növekednek. Arra a kérdésre keresünk választ, hogy ezen információk birtokában az ágazatok hogyan változtatják meg kibocsátásukat, hogyan alkalmazkodnak a határértékekhez. A vizsgálatunkat az egyensúlyi arányos pálya mentén végezzük.
