Abstract

A Fotex Első Amerikai - Magyar Fotószolgáltatási Részvénytársaság kedvező példa a magyar tulajdonú magánvállalkozások sikeres működésére, belső vállalati hálózatuk kiépítésére. A társaság közel két évtizede sikeresen működik a fotószolgáltatások és a kiskereskedelem területén. A jelen tanulmány bemutatja a vállalat fejlődését a megalakulástól a vállalatcsoporttá fejlődésig, kiemelve a növekedés és a hosszú távú működés sikertényezőit. --------------------------------- The Fotex (First American – Hungarian Photo Service Inc.) company’s case is a good example of successful operations and the development of an intra-firm network in the Hungarian private sector. The company has been operating in the photo-service and the retail sector for nearly two decades. This study presents the evolution of the firm from its formation to the development of the holding structure, and points out the success factors of growth and long-term operation.
