Beszerzés a hazai vállalatok gyakorlatában ----- Its title in English: Purchase in the practice of domestic companies

Abstract

A mûhelytanulmány a beszerzés szakirodalmának a beszerzés fejlõdésével kapcsolatos elemzéseirõl szóló összefoglaló után két kutatás kérdõíves felmérésének eredményeit ismerteti. Ezek a hazai vállalatok beszerzését, annak megítélését, szerepét, céljait elemzik. A kutatási eredmények fõbb következtetése, hogy összességben a vállalatok nem a szakirodalomban felvázolt korszerû beszerzési megközelítést valósítják meg. Ez a felismerés is alátámasztja, hogy az üzleti oktatásban sokkal nagyobb súllyal kellene szerepelnie a beszerzés tudományos igényességû oktatásának is. ------------------------------- This study provides an overview of the literature on the developments in purchasing management. Based on the findings of the literature the results of two surveys will be discussed. The results are related to the perception of purchasing in management, the role of it in the organisation and to its objectives. The most important conclusion is that there is a gap between the role of purchasing described by the literature and that of in the practice. This finding underpins the importance of the topic of purchasing management in business curriculums.
